Gift Card
Orders
To place an order on our online store, here are the steps to follow:
1) Select the items you wish to order and add them to cart.
2) Click cart
3) Click “Place my order”
If you already have an account, enter your email address and password on the identification page.
If you have not opened an account, you can open an account by clicking on the "I create my account" button, continue as a guest.
4) Indicate your billing address and your delivery address if this is different from the billing address.

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a
order confirmation email. You can then follow the progress
of your order via a link on this email or by consulting “My orders” in the “My account” section.
Your cart This is located at the top right of your screen under the name “cart »
You can add items to your cart at any time. Remember to select the size before adding an item to the cart.
You can delete articles from your cart by clicking on the small cross corresponding to the article in the “cart ».
How do I track my order?
To track your order you can log in to “My Account”. In the my account section, you will then have
access to “My Orders”.
Click on the order concerned and you will have access to tracking by clicking on the “tracking” button.

It is impossible to cancel or modify your order: in fact, once your cart validated, the order is directly sent to be prepared in our warehouse for the fastest possible delivery.
However, you can refuse your package once it arrives at home. The package will be automatically returned to us and we will process your refund.

Payment
Online payment can be made by:
- Bank card: Visa, MasterCard
- PayPal payment account
- Alma: pay in 3 installments free of charge with Alma (available for orders from €50 to €2000 and for the following countries: Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Ireland and France only for the following territories: mainland France, Guyana, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Reunion)
Payment is completely secure by the system of our payment provider Hipay.
For each payment, we ask the customer to complete the visual cryptogram (the 3 numbers you find on the back of your card).
We also use 3-D Secure technology or strong authentication to ensure 100% secure payment.
We do not issue tax refunds on our online store.
Delivery
Thanks to our delivery providers Chronopost and UPS, we can deliver to the following countries: mainland France (Corsica and Monaco included, overseas territories not covered at this stage), all countries of the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, Israel, United States and Canada.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, any order placed between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day.
Any order placed after 4 p.m. will be shipped the next day from 9 a.m. (excluding weekends and public holidays).
The order processing time may be extended in the event of high traffic during sales periods, commercial operations and school holidays.
- Standard Chronopost home delivery in mainland France (Monaco included, excluding Corsica): €8 incl. tax
- Delivery to an Access Point UPS or Chronopost 2shop relay point in France and Europe: Free from 120€ purchase (excluding Corsica, Romania, Greece, Switzerland and Norway)
- UPS home delivery – United Kingdom: €8 incl. VAT
- UPS home delivery – Canada, Israel and United States: €30 incl. tax
- UPS standard home delivery in Norway and Switzerland: €20 incl. tax
For any delivery outside the European Union,
Import charges (customs duties and VAT) may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be collected upon arrival of the package at its destination.
France:
- Standard Chronopost home delivery: 1-2 working days (all orders placed before 4 p.m. will be delivered the next day before 6 p.m. excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Standard UPS home delivery: 1-3 business days
- Delivery to Chronopost relay point or UPS Access Point: 2-4 working days
Corsica: please note the deadline may be extended by around 1 week
European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, Israel and United States: 3-5 business days
Finland-Sweden-Norway: 7 working days
Once logged in, by clicking on “my account”, you will have access to your billing/delivery addresses and password which you can change at any time.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
You benefit from a maximum period of 30 days from the day of receipt of your package to return your
products.
To make a return, please follow the following steps:
1) Log in to your customer account and click on the order you wish to return then on 'Request a return'.
You can also go directly to the following link https://www.leonandharper.com/a/return with your order number and your email address.
2) Let yourself be guided! Follow the given steps one by one.
3) Drop off your package at the nearest relay point with the transport label generated on the returns platform.
As soon as we receive your package, we will refund or exchange it according to your choice.
If your country does not allow you to get a prepaid return label, once the return request has been made, send your package with the carrier of your choice to the following address:

We inform you that the costs of returning the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer. See details in the question 'How much are the return costs?'
It is now possible to make a size exchange, on the same article, if it is in stock!
Follow the procedure as for a traditional return, you will have the option of refund or exchange if the availability of the product allows it.
In the case of an exchange, return costs and shipping costs of the exchange order are offered !
Your new order will be shipped upon receipt of the item you wish to exchange.
You will receive order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails as for the initial order.
Once your package has been received by our warehouse, you will receive your refund within 7 days, directly to the account associated with the payment card, or the Paypal account used during the purchase.
We inform you that the costs of returning the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
They will be deducted from the amount of your refund if the transport label was generated by our returns platform.

In the case of an exchange, return costs and shipping costs of the exchange order are offered !
To return a Leon and Harper product purchased on Veepee, Private Showroom or on the Galeries Lafayette, you just need to follow the steps communicated by the Marketplace.

If you have forgotten your password, simply go to the “my account” section, click on “forgotten password”.
Then enter the email address with which you created an account. You will receive your password by email instantly.

In accordance with the “Informatique et libertés” law of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, modify and delete data concerning you.
This information is collected within the exclusive framework of our commercial relationship and cannot under any circumstances be shared with third parties.
So that each item ordered corresponds exactly to your size, we invite you to view the “choose the right size” guide accessible from each product sheet.
You have access to maintenance advice and Materials of each item in the product sheets by clicking on “Maintenance and Materials ».
You will thus have access to the precise maintenance instructions and the Materials articles.
Gift Card
The gift card offers the possibility of selecting predefined amounts from €50 to €500.
It is possible to issue a gift card with a personalized amount by contacting our customer service directly.
You have the choice of sending the gift card with a personalized message to the recipient directly by email, by filling in the required fields (email, first name, date of sending).
If you do not wish to send it, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the information.
To use a gift card, enter the code
of the card (the 16 characters received by email) in the reduction code space
located to the right of your order summary during the payment phase.
If the gift card balance is less than the total amount of your cart,
you can complete with another payment method.
The gift card is valid for 1 year only on the site;
It can be used in
one or more times. It is not refundable.
If you lose your code, contact customer service to receive an email containing your gift card information.
